Called for estimate and never even got a call back!
Poor service and follow thru

I contacted this company and did not receive a return phone call. I then visited the company and met with the lady who runs this area, we scheduled an appointment for her to come to my home for a design and measure. She was a no call no show. I called her after she was 45 minutes late and she returned my call a day and a half later with a very poor apology and no explanation.
