Ask about hidden fees

Scam Artists! -They do not disclose an additonal 10% fee in addition to quoted price. -Very..... slow... workers. -Also, round up last hour (will work 15 minutes and state their policy is to charge a full hour for anything beyond a quarter of an hour. -Tried to add an additional surcharge but we already livid by that time, and they changed their tune. -In all paid 30% more than an appropriate charge.

I am in the military and have moved numerous times with all different kinds of moving companies. After doing my research, I hired Royal Moving Company for my move. The operations manager was very helpful and kind. The crew arrived in a clean truck and were very polite. Smart and Strong group of men. All professional. They handled my move with care and made me feel very comfortable. All my furniture was wrapped with clean moving blankets and properly packed into their truck. They sent a 3 man crew for a much cheaper rate than their competitors. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROYAL MOVING CO. AND THEIR STAFF TO HANDLE YOUR NEXT MOVE. Thank You, Mrs. Britney A.

Recently moved to Jacksonville, Florida and I must say, with the fears that derive from a professional moving to a new town, this company definitely welcomed me with open arms.
