One of Jacksonville's most popular oceanfront parks, Huguenot Memorial Park's 295 acres include over a mile of accessible sandy beaches, facing the Atlantic Ocean where common activities include swimming, boating, fishing and surfing. The park also has many campsites available, including waterfront sites, a bird observation post and plenty of picnic spaces for day guests. It is a 23-mile drive northeast from Jacksonville to get to the park, which nestles just south of Little Talbot Island State Park.
